When I joined my current company, Talisen Construction, the ongoing marketing efforts consisted of a standalone website and some brochure materials. Since then, I’ve worked cross-functionally within and without the organization to spearhead a comprehensive marketing and communications plan with a multi-year vision. In that time, we’ve successfully grown into a leading mid-market construction management firm with a strong brand presence that maintains a 30% project win rate against longer-standing firms, many of which have been in business for over 100 years.
